Winter Boot Camp

Session runs January 9th – March 17th (10 weeks)

Boot Camp provides the combination of a team atmosphere AND intense full-body cardio and strength workouts. Boot Camp is very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance. Sign up today!

  • Tuesday & Thursday, 5:30-6:30am (8 week session)* with Justteen
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:15-9:15am with Kari
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:15am-10:15am with Kari 
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 12:15-1:15pm with Kari 
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 5:30-6:30pm with Rusty
  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 6-7pm with Sara

Members-$75; Non-members-$200
*Modified session (Jan. 10-March 2) – $65 for members/$185 for non-members
