Looking for a new workout? Join us on our 56 acre wooded campus for an hour and half of adventure-based cardio workout including wood splitting, sawing, chopping, jump roping, trail running, to make you feel like your really alive. Enjoy a warm drink by the fire and keep company for your wind-down, cool-off.

Featuring: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, campfire & music,

9:00am and 11:00am

$10 for members and $20 for non-members
