Functional Training

The Y is expanding on its Boot Camp offerings, providing additional functional training workout options. This type of workout provides strength, stability, and mobility needed in everyday life. Functional Training classes are offered at the days/times listed below in 9-week sessions or with a Punch Card.

The Functional Training Punch Card offers a lot of flexibility, but may not guarantee your spot in class. Class maximums are 12 people – first come, first served (session members are guaranteed a spot). Punch cards can be purchased at the front desk and must be presented to the instructor. Share your punch card between anyone 12 & older on your household membership. Functional Training Punch Card (valid only during 9-week session):

  • 10 Punch – Members: $40; Non-Members: $90
  • 20 Punch – Members: $75; Non-Members: $185

Boot Camp

Boot Camp provides the combination of a team atmosphere AND intense full-body cardio and strength workouts. Boot Camp is very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance. Sign up today!

Weightlifting

Learn how to incorporate free weights and barbell movements into your workouts using proper form. Class goals are to assist you in improving posture, increasing strength, and losing body mass.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT enhances athletic capacity and fat burning with bursts of high-energy exercise followed by active recovery to improve endurance and build strength. Cardiovascular and strength exercises and are a great way to challenge yourself.
