Summer Boot Camp: June 4 – August 10 (10 weeks) – Registration Open!

Boot Camp provides the combination of a team atmosphere AND intense full-body cardio and strength workouts. Boot Camp is very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance. Sign up today!

  • Katrina Howard, certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, in addition to being a registered dietitian

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30-9:30am with Katrina
  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 5:30-6:30pm, trainer TBD
