Functional Training

The Y is expanding on its Boot Camp offerings, providing additional functional training workout options. This type of workout provides strength, stability, and mobility needed in everyday life. Functional Training classes are offered at the days/times listed below in 9-week sessions. Classes to be announced soon!

 Boot Camp

Boot Camp provides the combination of a team atmosphere AND intense full-body cardio and strength workouts. Boot Camp is very effective at reducing excess body weight, improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing lean muscle mass and improving overall coordination and balance. Sign up today!

The following Boot Camp sessions are available:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:15-9:150am
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:15-10:15am
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 10:15-11:15am
  • Monday, Wednesday, 5:30-6:30pm

3 day/week session: Members – $75/session, Non-members – $180/session

2 day/week session: Members – $50
