If you’re wanting to get stronger, Les Mills Strength Development is a sequence of 12 x 45-minute progressive workouts. Les Mills Strength Development emphasizes strength-building through resistance training exercises with barbells, dumbbells, and body weight. Targeting class. This energizing workout offers a dynamic way to kickstart your morning, boost your energy, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. L.I.F.T.
This strength training class is designed to build strength, mobility, and endurance with real-life movement exercises using bodyweight, free weights, and resistance. This group fitness class is sure to enhance balance and coordination.
Mindful Movement/Get Active
Build better balance, strength, and coordination to support everyday movement. This class uses small weights, resistance bands, and other tools to improve stability, prevent falls, and keep you moving confidently. Designed for older adults. All fitness levels welcome.
Pilates Fusion
This Pilates Fusion class is a unique and invigorating fitness experience that combines the core- strengthening principles of Pilates with the mind-body harmony of yoga. This fusion class offers a well-rounded workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and overall physical and mental well-being.

Silver Sneakers Classic
