LES MILLS: BODYPUMP – fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors, and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own. (55 minutes)

LES MILLS: RMP – This 45-minute cycling class will take you on the ride of life and is the ultimate indoor group cycling experience. This simulated bike ride is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. You ride at your own pace whether you want a touch ride or want to build endurance. This class will have your legs burning while improving overall health. (45 minutes)

LES MILLS: SPRINT – a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) cycle workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your physical and mental limits. (30 minutes)

CARDIO, CURLS & CORE – Improve your mood, boost your energy, and reduce stress with this energizing, fun 45-minute workout over the lunch hour. Each class will consist of cardio, strength, and core work utilizing a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, weights, kettlebells, and stability balls. You’ll get a full body workout that’ll improve your heart health, increase functional strength, and build bone density. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend as every move can be modified to fit any fitness level. (45 minutes)

BURNZONE- Maximize calorie burn! Ramp up metabolism for up to 36 hours! Increase strength and lean muscle! This program uses science and technology partnered with effort and intensity to ensure you are training at an optimal level. MyZone heart rate monitors and carefully planned training sessions will ensure each and every individual is within their target heart rate zone

GENTLE YOGA– Gentle Yoga is a style of Yoga that is far less strenuous than other forms. This class is a series of stretches suitable for ALL from those who have never tried Yoga to those simply looking for a more relaxed workout. Yoga has a multitude of benefits that allow us to both extend and maintain our quality of life. The restorative practice allows us to calm our nervous system while reducing anxiety. Gentle stretching increases flexibility, range of motion, breath, balance, as well as stamina. (60 min.)

OSF PARKINSON’S REHAB CLINIC – *Class lead by OSF Rehabilitation group* This medically supervised program is specifically designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and works to improve flexibility, endurance, balance, strength, and overall well-being.  Classes accommodate all levels of fitness and are designed to focus on stretching muscles and increasing circulation while reducing spasticity in a fun, relaxing environment.

PICKLEBALL– Pickleball is the fastest growing game in the country, especially in the 50+ age group. However, all ages and abilities play this entertaining game! If you have played racquetball, tennis, or ping pong… you can play pickleball! Pickleball is reserved on the basketball courts every Friday 12pm-3pm. YMCA staff will set up the nets on both sides of the courts. We have paddles and balls that are available for use.

POWER HOUR– Get all you need in one class! This sweat session combines cardio, strength, interval, and core training by moving through a series of circuits including easy moves using a step, strength equipment and your own body weight. Level: Intermediate/suitable for all levels with use of offered modifications. Beginners are welcome!

RISE & RIDE – This cycle class is sure to wake your body up! It’s 45 minutes of cardio, guaranteed to make you sweat! You will challenge yourself with a variety of profiles guided to help you achieve your personal best. All levels are welcome. Be sure to bring water and a sweat towel. Let’s ride! (45 minutes)

SILVERSNEAKERS STRENGTH & RANGE OF MOTION – Silver Sneakers Strength and R.O.M. is a class lead by OSF certified Silver Sneakers instructors. A low intensity, low impact workout designed for those with joint challenges. Using props such as weights and resistance bands you will perform exercises to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and build muscle strength.

SILVERSNEKAERS CLASSIC- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated or standing support. (60 minutes)

SILVER SNEAKERS CIRCUIT– Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with low-impact aerobics choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. (60 minutes)

CORE CHAIR YOGA– move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (45-60 minutes)

STRENGTH/CARDIO BOOTCAMP- Start your morning with a full body workout! This class will incorporate a variety of strength and cardio intervals that can be modified or amplified for any fitness level. We will use a variety of equipment (free weights, TRX straps, kettlebells and more) to achieve a challenging and effective total body workout. Format circuits and timeframes will vary each class, so there will always be new and different ways to challenge yourself and work up a sweat! 

SENIOR STRENGTH AND STABILITY – Senior Strength & Stability focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and more. A chair is often used for seated exercises or standing support. Includes light cardio.

CARDIO, CURLS & CORE – A perfect lunch hour/noon time workout! Two muscle groups, one lower and one upper, are focused on at each class and work to their fullest potential. A combination of weights, bands, balls, steps, and your own body resistance are used…. sometimes we even use towels! Each class ends with a fabulous abdominal workout, stretching and relaxation. A unique class and a great compliment to your existing workout(s). (45 minutes)

TAI CHI – Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese training system characterized by its slow meditative movements. It is known to have several important health benefits, including improved balance, increased core and lower body strength, improved circulation, and quality of sleep, and provides a method to help practitioners reduce/avoid stress. You will not only learn the Tai Chi form (sequence of movements), but we will also practice other integrated exercises designed to build energy and improve coordination and agility. FIRST HALF HOUR IS GREAT FOR BEGINNERS. Stay for slow progressions the last half hour if you’d like. (60 minutes)

TAI CHI FOR BALANCE– Tai Chi for Balance will focus on improving body awareness, alignment, and relaxation. All levels welcome.

TRX BOOTCAMP – Start your morning with a full body workout! This class will incorporate a variety of strength and cardio intervals that can be modified or amplified for any fitness level. We will use TRX suspension training and a variety of other equipment (free weights, kettlebells, and more) to achieve a challenging and effective total body workout. Format circuits and timeframes will vary each class, so there will always be new and different ways to challenge yourself and work up a sweat!

WAKE UP WORKOUT – Start your day with a perfect combination of cardio intervals, strength training, core work and stretching. This easy-to-follow class is suitable for all levels and incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight, Pilates and yoga. *A class by Stacy Campbell*

WERQ- WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music.

YOGA – Hatha Yoga combines posture, breathing, and focus to promote strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, and deep relaxation of the mind and body.  Beginner and Intermediate level.

ZUMBA® – Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit, and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating! (60 minutes)

ZUMBA® GOLD – The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba Gold® classes provide modified, low impact moves for active older adults. (45 minutes.)
