The Peoria YMCA runs “School’s Day Out” for many of the days that Peoria Public Schools are out of session. Kids aged 5-10 play games, get exercise, and participate in community activities with other kids.

Lunch is not provided. Please make sure your child comes to this program with a pre-made lunch.

In most circumstances the Greater Peoria Family YMCA accepts C.C.C. and DCFS, except during times when the state of Illinois is unable to provide funding. CCC and DCFS clients will need to complete paperwork prior to School’s Day Out Care. Please see the Peoria YMCA Scholarship page, for more information on scholarships provided by the Peoria YMCA.
All Before & After Care participant at CT Vivian, Concordia Lutheran and Norwood will receive the member rate for our program. If the full rate is paid during online registration, please contact Taylor Simpson for a credit to be assessed on your account.
Care participants will be required to click and pay the non-member rate of $50/day. Please notify us (309 692 7631) and we will credit your account with the $10/day discount for being part of our Before & After School Care program.
