Before & After School Programs

School Age Before & After School Program
August 3, 2026 – June 10, 2027

Youth Ages: 5-10
For all youth in grades Kindergarten – 4th
Time: 6:30am – School Start and then School End – 6:00pm (Monday-Friday)
Dates: We follow your specific school district calendar

The Y believes that positive activities and influences from an early age help youth develop and achieve their potential. Focused on our core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility, we provide before and after-school programming for children in grades K-5.

Our staff members provide knowledge, guidance and encouragement to help children continue to learn and thrive during the out of school hours. Our schedule allows time for homework, group games, creative time, recreational activities and character development. PM snacks are provided each afternoon.

Special Notes: Big Hollow Before & After Care will pick up from Charter Oak, Northmoor and Kellar

Drop In: Elmwood and Norwood $20/day

Teen REACH After School Program
August 3, 2026 – June 3, 2027

Youth Ages 10-14
For all youth currently in 5th – 8th grade (both members and non-members)
Time: 2:30pm-5:30pm (Monday – Friday)

Teen REACH is an after-school program that provides support to students and families in the community.

The YMCA Teen REACH program schedule is structured to follow the Peoria District 150 school year calendar. Admission is rolling & based on program vacancies. We currently pickup from Rolling Acres Middle School, and Liberty Leadership.

School break intercessions are not included. You must register separately or each one. Click Here to register for school breaks.

$25 registration fee covers the entire after school program following the regular school year. Limited Spaces available. Once registered, please take time to review the Parent’s Handbook
