Women’s 4-Week Self Defense Course

April 27th – May 18th.

Every Saturday | 9-11AM, In Studio 2!

The 4-week women’s self-defense course is designed to empower participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their personal safety. Through a combination of awareness training, practical self-defense techniques, and strategies for avoiding potentially dangerous situations, participants will gain confidence and learn how to protect themselves effectively. The course focuses on building awareness of surroundings, teaching practical self-defense techniques, and providing guidance on how to navigate situations safely.

Pricing: Member: $50 | Non-Member: $75

  • Retired Military Veteran.
  • Joshua Janis Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
  • 11 years of grappling experience.
  • Current Instructor at Fir Na Dli Jiu-Jitsu
